A while back, I described how I ended up with two copies of this book. This happens now and then. I tried giving it out to an acquaintance who I thought was into this sort of topics and would enjoy it. He promised to pick it up when in the country as he felt posting it was too much hassle. For some unrelated reasons, we lost touch. So I still have it and yet, want to give it out.
